Employment Power is the job readiness and life-skills program that is offered to students. Supervised work experience during the teen years can develop invaluable skills and habits for the rest of our lives. Employment Power employs teens in various small businesses and as Homework Club assistants; the focus is punctuality, responsibility, and communication skills.
